The CWM8.3 D is an in-wall loudspeaker in the Reference series. It uses a three-way layout, with each driver handling its own part of the frequency range: a diamond tweeter for the highs, a dedicated midrange driver, and a pair of larger drivers for bass.
The tweeter is a 25 mm (1 in) Diamond Dome unit in a Nautilus tube-loaded design. The midrange is a 130 mm (5 in) Continuum cone FST driver. Low frequencies come from two 180 mm (7 in) Aerofoil bass drivers.
The model is offered in white. It is aimed at buyers working with custom-installation specialists, and a manual, an info sheet and a drawing are available for it. Further technical data, such as sensitivity, impedance and cut-out dimensions, is not listed in the available details.
