Kirjeldus
The Gold-A6 pairs a torrefied solid Sitka spruce top with solid mahogany back and sides. The top is treated with an aging process meant to give the open, mature tone of a vintage acoustic from the start, while the mahogany adds a warm midrange. A thin UV finish covers the body, and the hand-scalloped X-bracing and walnut-reinforced neck support the construction.
The auditorium body with a Venetian cutaway sits between a dreadnought and a grand concert in size, which suits both strumming and fingerstyle playing. The neck has a Comfort C profile, a Macassar ebony fingerboard, a bone nut and saddle, and fret ends that are hand-rolled for smoothness. Hardware includes Deluxe Vintage Gold tuners, ebony bridge pins and Elixir Phosphor Bronze strings.
For amplified use, the guitar has a Fishman Flex Blend system. Volume, tone, phase, blend and tuner functions are handled from three knobs and a tuner display. The guitar is supplied in a Cort premium gigbag.
