The P906 is a closed-back headphone designed for clear, detailed reproduction of individual sounds. Its frequency response reaches 55 kHz, so it can handle high-resolution audio files. Its 40 mm drivers have a 46 Ω impedance and 100 dB sensitivity.
The ear pads are made of polyurethane, which gives a snug fit, passive isolation from outside noise and less ear fatigue during long listening sessions. The whole headphone weighs 235 g.
The cable is 2.4 m long, longer than usual for headphones, so the P906 can also serve as a monitor for instruments such as electronic pianos. It ends in a 3.5 mm plug, and a 3.5 mm to 6.3 mm adapter is supplied for larger sockets. A cable clip and a warranty card are also included.
