Maschine+
Maschine+ is a standalone groovebox that combines the Maschine pad, sequencing and sampling workflow with onboard sound engines, so beats can be made without a computer. It suits producers and live performers who want a DAW-free setup, and it also works as a controller for Maschine software.

Maschine+ is a self-contained production and performance instrument built around 16 pressure-sensitive pads, eight touch-sensitive knobs, a 4D encoder, a Smart Strip and two high-resolution colour displays. It runs a quad-core processor with 4 GB of RAM and handles sampling, sequencing, arranging and mixing on the unit itself, including Clips and Song Mode for building full tracks.
The standalone library, Maschine+ Selection, covers synths and sampled instruments such as Massive, FM8, Monark and Prism, plus effects including Raum and Phasis. It also covers eight Expansions, with a voucher for two more of the user's choice. Perform FX, drum synths, a poly synth and a bass synth come from the Maschine Factory Library. Further content can be installed over Wi-Fi.
The built-in audio interface has line inputs and outputs, a dynamic mic input, a headphone output and MIDI in/out. Two USB ports take MIDI controllers or external drives, and the SD card slot can be expanded. Ableton Link handles sync with other apps and gear. Connected to a computer, the unit works as a Maschine controller.
