S7A MK2
Four-way active main studio monitor with two 15" woofers, two 9" cone midranges, two X-ART midrange units and an X-ART tweeter, built for large control rooms and film studios. Total onboard amplification is 2750 W RMS, and the cabinet can be flush-mounted in a wall.

The S7A MK2 is the larger sibling of the S6X. Seven drivers are arranged in a horizontally symmetrical, extended D'Appolito layout, which gives consistent horizontal coverage and tighter vertical dispersion, so reflections from the ceiling, floor and mixing console are reduced. All drivers sit on Alucore panels with an aluminium honeycomb core to improve mechanical coupling to the cabinet.
Each driver group has its own PWM amplifier. The low heat output allows the cabinet to be mounted flush in a studio wall, with heat leaving through the front. The control panel offers a ±10 dB input sensitivity adjustment, four further level controls for individual amplifier modules, high and low shelving filters and three parametric equalizers that can be engaged separately or grouped. A switchable Dolby X-Curve filter (3 dB per octave roll-off from 2 kHz, based on ISO 2969) supports film mixing.
Signal connects over balanced analog XLR. A front-panel XLR input can be switched with the rear input, so the monitor can be used regardless of the set-up. A pair reaches peak levels of at least 138 dB SPL at 1 m, with response down to 20 Hz.
