Bose L1 Compact Portable Line Array System
The L1 Compact is an ultra-portable, all-in-one powered line array PA from Bose with a six-driver articulated array and an integrated bass module. It suits acoustic musicians, DJs using it as a secondary PA, and speakers or event hosts working with smaller audiences.

The L1 Compact is a three-piece portable PA made up of a power stand with a built-in bass module, a six-driver articulated line array and two interchangeable extensions. The array uses 2-inch neodymium drivers in a C-shape and gives 180° horizontal coverage with 40° vertical dispersion. The system weighs 13 kg (29 lb) and its parts interlock without speaker cables.
The power stand has a small integrated mixer with two channels. Channel 1 takes a dynamic microphone on XLR and applies a ToneMatch preset for that mic type. Channel 2 combines a 1/4" instrument input, an RCA stereo input and a 1/8" stereo input, with a switchable acoustic guitar ToneMatch preset. A balanced 1/4" line output can feed a second L1 system, and an RCA stereo output is available for recording.
The array can be set up at full height with both extensions, at mid-height with one, or collapsed into the power stand for table-top use in small rooms. The bass module is built in and the system does not accept an external subwoofer. A switching power supply covers 100–240 V mains.
