The K-300 is a 122 cm tall upright piano positioned as the successor to an award-winning predecessor. It has been named Acoustic Piano of the Year four consecutive times, and it is pitched at players who want dependable touch and a rich, resonant tone.

Playing feel comes from an extended key length together with the Millennium III Upright Action, which uses ABS Carbon Composites. The hammers are double felted with a mahogany core. The cabinet follows the K Series design language of sleek lines and delicate accents, and it is offered in six finishes: Ebony Polish, Ebony Satin, Mahogany Polish, Mahogany Satin, Red Polish and White Polish.

It is a fully acoustic instrument with no electronic connections. An augmented-reality Setting Simulator lets buyers place a life-size 3D model of the piano in their own room before deciding.
