JX42 V2
The JX42 V2 is a guitar and amp switcher that selects among four instrument inputs and two amplifier outputs, with buffered tuner outputs and transformer-isolated amp feeds. It suits touring and gigging players who change guitars or amps on stage and want footswitch or MIDI control.

The JX42 V2 routes up to four instruments to two amplifiers. Each input has a large backlit on/off switch, and more than one instrument can be active at once. Inputs can be plugged in at the front or the rear panel, and Class-A buffers keep the signal intact. Inactive inputs feed always-on tuner outputs, which are buffered and mirrored front and rear.
Both amp outputs use Jensen transformers for isolation and have ground lift switches to reduce hum when several amps are connected. Changing between outputs is silent, with no pops or clicks. The two outputs can drive separate amps or serve as a main and backup pair of amps or modelers, with a switch to the backup from the front panel or a remote.
Remote control comes from the optional JR-5 footswitch for the inputs, the optional JR-2 footswitch for amp switching or muting both outputs, or a MIDI controller or pedalboard through the built-in MIDI input. A built-in 120/240V power supply allows use on tours in different regions.
