Kirjeldus
The Legacy 810e is a non-cutaway, six-string dreadnought that revisits Taylor's designs from 1975 onward. It pairs a spruce top with Indian rosewood back and sides and traditional X-bracing, aiming for a full, warm voice with strong overtones. The body shape is a slightly newer take on the early Dreadnought, and the neck uses the current Taylor profile for easier fretting and simple adjustment.
Appointments follow early 800 Series details: white binding, a three-ring green abalone rosette, large mother-of-pearl diamond fretboard inlays, a tortoise-style pickguard, and ebony bridge pins with green abalone dots. The fretboard and bridge are West African Crelicam ebony, the neck is neo-tropical mahogany, and all surfaces have a gloss finish. A special Legacy interior label is fitted.
For amplified use it has an undersaddle LR Baggs Element VTC pickup with controls mounted in the soundhole. A deluxe hardshell case is supplied with the guitar. It is right-handed only, and no left-handed or cutaway option is offered.
